All of our therapists are licensed, and nationally certified. Each one has her own unique style and technique so you may want to try different ones until you find a therapist that you connect with. All of them are trained in the following modalities: Deep Tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, sports massage, and hot stone therapy. Some are trained in pre-natal, Craniosacral, and Zero Balancing.

We price our massages according to length of time unless you choose one of our exclusive therapies.

Zero Balancing

Zero Balancing is a hands on bodywork therapy designed to align your energy self with your physical structure. Everything in zero balancing is designed to promote maximum relaxation and a sense of well being. Simple yet powerful, zero balancing is considered to be on the cutting edge of body/mind therapies. Each session lasts approximately 30-40 mins.

Muscle Relief

This one hour massage was created for those seeking relief from Fybromyalgia, arthritis, or over used muscles. Bella’s own pain relief essential oil synergy is incorporated, as well as a polstice of ginger or seaweed on the afflicted areas. $75.00

Rescue Massage

If you feel the need for some serious comfort, nurturing, or calming, this is the session for you. First you will receive a Bach Flower remedy elixir to drink. Then you will receive a 75 minute massage with our own Dream essential oil synergy, and hot stones for grounding. $80.00
